The VNC program prepares students for navigation, seamanship, marine meteorology, and fisheries operations, while the MFC program focuses on marine engineering, engine systems, electronics, and maintenance. Both courses include hands-on training aboard CIFNET’s ocean-going training vessels, giving students real-world exposure to life at sea.
